    It’s no surprise that a Rams lineman would come up with a rosy picture of the Rams OL growth.

    But I happen to think that what he says makes sense. The issue with the OL this year was continuity, coherence, and playing together. The problem with that is, it is impossible for individual linemen to look good when the OL as a whole isn’t cohering. So a lot of people I read around the net blame individual players. I believe AW–I think it’s the group, and the process of growing together.

    perhaps this is a case where mcvay should have given the starters some more time in preseason?

    i don’t know. whit is getting up there in age so that’s a difficult choice to make.
