Sources: Former #Titans and #Rams WR Robert Woods is signing with the #Texans, adding a veteran presence to a young team. He gets a 2-year, $15.25M deal with $10M fully guarantee and a max value of $17M.

Rams extended him to 4 years and 65 M in 2020. 3 years later he signs a new 2 year FA contract for 17 M. No one picked up the remaining year or years on his 2020 contract. Does that mean that the year with the Titans took a hit on his perceived value?
