The NFL *might* be able to pull off a season, but the college game is screwed.

And it's gonna be painful too. CFB will start the season and within about 3 weeks will have to just shut down again. And we'll all be pissed about it.

It’s literally happening already. NASCAR is back. Golf is back (with positive tests). NBA set a schedule. Their commish yesterday said they understand the risks but need to carry on. CFB players are back working out, even with positive tests amongst the players.

I remember speaking with various team & league execs in early March and there was concern *then* that an inadequate national strategy to contain the virus would make things exponentially harder to operate across many markets. That concern was well founded.
