Geno Smith looked better than Russell Wilson.

I’m glad that Stafford finally woke up and took his head out of his ass…..

Everyone unit played okay. Except Hekker and the punt unit, they played well.

Stafford missed some open receivers. Finger problem maybe or are they just not in sync yet and his hit rate with the WRs will climb the more they play together.

I like Michel as a blocker. That was a good trade.

I know that I should be happy. The Rams beat a hated division rival on the road. The Linehan, Spaguolo and Fisher years are still a strong memory, so a 4-1 record should have me giddy. However, all that I seem to be focusing on is the fact that the defense gave up a 98 yard TD drive to Gino Smith. No game is a slam dunk with this defense.

The Rams played well enough to win, in Seattle, so…yay.

I don’t understand Stafford’s inaccuracy, unless he is hurt. Not sure when the finger thing happened.

I reaaaalllly don’t understand putting rookie Rochelle on Metcalf when Ramsey is available. I know there is Lockett, too, but there is Williams, too. I just don’t understand that.

I didn’t catch all the blather from Buck and Aikman, but it didn’t seem like they had an explanation for the double punt play. I’ve never seen anything like it, and even if it’s legal to kick it twice, he appeared to me to be past the LOS on the second kick. And I think there was a flag, but it was not explained, and the play stood. I missed that ruling.

Geno Davis looked good. Why isn’t he starting somewhere?

Those Seattle uniforms are far and away the most hideous uniforms in all of sports. I can’t even wrap my head around the fact that they got off the drawing board.

Stafford still is not there. Played better in the 2nd Half, but let’s see how it goes from beyond this game. I’m believing, we really miss Brockers, Hill, & Johnson a lot. Rapp sux, Outside of Ramsey, our CBs have been struggling. I’m going to give Robert Rochelle a pass, since he is a rookie, & a 4th rounder. So R-squared needs time.

they said the exact same thing you did. the guy was past the line of scrimmage. the refs screwed that one up. had he not been past the line of scrimmage it would have been a good play.

McVay had a red flag in his hand to challenge that… I’m not sure why he didn’t…

he also should’ve challenged Stafford’s potential TD last week vs AZ early in the 4th

Maybe he’s saving his time outs for the stupid delay of game penalties, because those penalties seem to be back….

As Sean McVay explained postgame,”because he kicked it behind the line of scrimmage (and) they reviewed it in New York, they said his foot was still on the line of scrimmage — so they said he can do that. I guess you learn something every night.”

I watched it again. Looks like his planted foot was on the line of scrimmage.

A blocked punt turned into a 68-yard punt.

I think it’s fair to say that I will not live to see the likes of that play ever repeated.

And then in the same game a kicker missing an xtra point and kicking 2 kickoffs out of bounds.

Only saw the hi-lites so far, but my reaction is — I’m thrilled.

I have zero problems with a Road win against a division rival.

Once when i was a kid, I was playing in a football game, and
i punted the ball into the butt of the guy in front of me.
Ball bounced back to me, and i punted it again.

Punted it into the butt of the guy in front of me
    a second time.

    All perfectly legal.

Would have done it a third time, if i hadnt dropped the
    ball.

    Watched the game.

I’ll just keep repeating this all year long: Stafford makes this
team very dangerous. Even when he is off. Or injured. Or the defense
or special teams are screwing up.

If the Rams are in striking distance, Stafford and those weapons
    can bring the lightning.
    Fun to watch.

I enjoyed seeing my wv-boy, Geno, play well.

Kupp, Woods, Higby, Van — all looking dangerous — cuz Stafford can zing it to any of em, anywhere on the field.

TuTu. Sigh. What…were…they…thinking?? Snead’s biggest mistake?

    Seahawks …

So not a pretty win, but one thing I like about successful teams is winning ugly “if they have to” …

It’s obvious that Stafford is still getting to know everyone … as a franchise QB he isn’t used to having to learn more than one or two guys a year.

    The Great

    1) Movement in the running game. We’re as passing team that can run when they want to … that matters.

    2) Mediocre game for Stafford includes 365 passing yards.

    3) Robert Woods reminding everyone who he is.

    The Good

    4) Reeder being Johnny on the spot now twice.

    5) Terrell Lewis sighting … I’m a fan.

    6) 1-2 punch at RB looking viable.

    7) Streak breakers … Seattle hasn’t lost in that uniform or on Thursday in years. Also winning on the road is nice …

    8) SJD deserve a mention for his overall pay this year … he may get us a 5th rounder.

    9) Brian Allen. Hopefully he doesn’t cost that much to keep.

    10) Watching us stop the early 4th down call was fun.

    11) Floyd run defense.

    12) AD being sack assisted rather than the assistance.

    The Bad

    13) I’m gonna put Stafford’s misses here until he fixes it.

    14) Jefferson not getting the TD. Not only because he was live on my fantasy team.

    15) Ramsey giving up the slant TD to Metcalf.

    16) Being thankful for the PI by Williams … he got torched.

    17) Did we give up a 90 yard TD drive to Geno Smith … ? Did that happen?

    18) Our safeties are invisible in this defense.

    The Ugly

    19) Um … did Tutu run out of the endzone, trip over over his own feet and fumble without being touched? Was that real?

    20) How is Rochell on DK Metcalf on that TD? That’s unacceptable.
