if two of those field goals were touchdowns, that would have been a great game.

not interested in high scoring games as much as i am the point differential.

if the rams can beat their opponents by 2 touchdowns, i’ll be more than happy. ha!

I think most of what happened had to do with SEATTLE more than it did the Rams. I get the feeling Seattle may not score any points the rest of the month. Every defense is gonna look great against them for a while.

So, great win and all, but I dunno what the rams are yet.

For me, the Tampa game is very big. Will the offense improve? Can the Defense be consistently good? Are they ever gonna break out of “7-9 bullshit mode” ?

I love the low scoring games….every single down matters….

Rams need to realize that defense wins championships, but offense wins games….

I also love low-scoring games. That reminded me of the Rams circa 1976.

I want to know who will score the first TD for the Rams this year: offense, defense, or special teams?

My son wants to know if the Rams can set a record for most wins in a season without scoring a TD. I haven’t been able to find out what that record is, but it can’t be many. Like one or two.

    Welcome back, Chuck Knox!

    And…told ya!

I boldly predict the Rams go into Tampa and eke out a win with a safety after the punter tries a fake drop kick field goal from his own endzone.

? Chuck Knox would have run the ball.

The Rams set up their points by passing the ball. The run was not gaining ground though they smartly stuck to it. But if they didn’t and couldn;t pass they would have no offense, and therefore no field goals to show for it. And they did that against a top secondary.

Wow, props to Winnbrad, he almost nailed it 100% in his prediction:

Rams 9, Hawks 7. The total penalties in this game will exceed the total points.

    Enjoy!

Of course, he totally undersold the D by thinking they’d give up a TD, but spot on with more penalties than points.

    I’m not worthy…

I was mainly referring to the score.
