By the way–I’m scouting the Cotton Bowl. Not overly impressed with Cook or Petty.

Petty is having a better game but…eh. He doesn’t jump out at me. He’s off on some passes.

Cook looks at his target the whole way–when he isn’t handing off. Mich. State has a good running back.

Ag–I don’t know about Cook–saw him once before and he looked better. But I tell you what–I love the big running back, Langford for Mich. State. What a smooth big guy–a real workhorse.

Still, that’s not our primary need.

Cook did just take them down for a T.D.

Cook ties the game but it took a lot of throws and he missed on a lot of open guys.

Spartans lead–17 seconds left.

Petty with 551 yards passing and may lose the game.

I saw the 4th quarter. The best description of Cook’s play at the end is that sometimes, he is accurate.

Game over–Mich. State pulls it out.

Petty finishes taking a couple of sacks and then throws an int.

Overall—I would not be disappointed if the Rams drafted Bryce Petty–but maybe in the third round. He did have the Romo back injury this year so that has to be considered.

He looked good today.

Cook(not even sure he’s in the draft this year) was less impressive.

I agree zn–and he did not handle pressure particularly well. Petty wasn’t pressured all that much so it’s hard to judge him on that.

Still–Petty looks like a good late 2nd or early 3rd round pick.

Don’t know how much of this game I’ll watch but so far Hundley reminds me of Kaepernik. Good runner.

Hasn’t had to make any spectacular passes yet.
