not worth it. i do think they need to go tight end in the draft.

i like tyler conklin in the fourth round. good red zone target but also supposed to be a capable blocker.

i like the idea of pairing him with everett.

i’d also kick the tires on eric ebron. he’s already getting some attention from indy, baltimore, carolina, and new england.

he gets mixed reviews, but he’s been productive.

I am down on TEs, period. I agree with WV. Conwell was the most recent likable TE.

I don’t understand it. A professional football player should be able to both block, and catch a pass. Heck, I played a lot of flag football in my youth, and I could block, catch, pass, and run. I don’t understand why professional athletes are no good at it.

Agreed. On Everett you see a range anywhere from wait and see to optimistic. Higbee is the one people are skeptical about. Either way McV likes to use 2 types of TEs, if Washington is any indication—they had Reed, and that’s Everett with the Rams, and Davis, and Higbee was supposed to be that. So if they are looking for a TE, it’s more of a Davis guys who either pairs with or alternates with Everett.
