    During the latest episode of “Behind The Grind,” director of scouting strategy James Gladstone told Les Snead and Sean McVay that the Rams landed four of the top 50 players on their board by drafting Jared Verse, Braden Fiske, Blake Corum and Kamren Kinchens in the first three rounds.

    if the rams know something the rest of the league doesn’t, i’m all for it. i definitely could see all four becoming starters at some point.

    I think it’s more a case of “fits” and “knowing what they want” … plus scouting character etc.

    I don’t think it’s a case of knowing something the league doesn’t, again it’s just “fits.”

    My admittedly very early take on this draft is that it will include more pure starter-quality “hits” and finds than any other Rams draft, going back years.

    But some of that is qualified because if, as it now looks, Whittington turns out to be a multi-unit special teams ace (blocking and tackling) plus a tough, reliable 3rd or 4th WR, do we count that as a big “hit”? (I would.)
