It takes ~$10 million just to get through the year. It takes a ~$1 million plus for the roster going to 53. A ~$1 million for signing drafted players. Over $1 million for the Practice Squad. And least $5 or $6 million for injured reserve.

They probably got there $17M from -$5M with restructures on Donald and Havenstein and Whitworth. imo

This same NFLPA filing data doesn't have Floyd's contract filed over nor Jackson's, FWIW. This thing is going to move around a little bit over the next couple of weeks. Point is, they're under.

I see the Rams Salary Cap as $17M
minus Floyd -$5.5M
minus Jackson ~$1.5 plus incentivces?
that leaves $10 million that they need for the rest of the year.
They have to do Stafford in order to sign anyone else. imo
