    Will he be healthy enough to contribute after 2 years of, not?

    Can he play 3/4 OLB?

    On the 1st question who knows.

    On the 2nd, absolutely yes he can, especially since the Phillips ROLB is not that different from a traditional 4/3 DE.

    It may even open things up for him.

    If Julius Peppers can do it why not Quinn.

    I really believe this is going to help Quinn. I think Quin has struggled a little, over the years, with the running game. I think he has been focused on penetrating and at times let his run responsibilities slip, allowing the runner free. In this scheme he is gonna have 1 job besides rushing the passer….set the edge.

    I think this is gonna free him up.

    If he can’t stay healthy, we will need to look for pass rushers in 2018.

    still would like the rams to draft an edge rusher this year. lots of uncertainty at that position as far as the future goes, and this draft is loaded with them.

    Pretty sure they will. Maybe even 2. Barwin after all is on a 1-year. It seems to me he’s place-holding for the new guy. And yes it’s possible they think they need some insurance behind Quinn.
