Nick Foles had a -6.3. PFF says he held the ball too long and ignored open receivers. No clue about the offensive line.

Someone at the game said they didn’t think the pass pro was all that bad, but that Foles was bad. Well, PFF appears to see it that way…

looking back on it yeah. foles missed a lot of drive killing throws in that game. but to me. that’s more of what he is. can’t always expect him to make those plays although it’s good to know that he CAN. just emphasizes to me the need to get that running game going. that’s been the big disappointment for me so far along with the defense.

That’s interesting because all over the net during the summer there were people who complained that the Rams had no one at center. And it really was darn near universal. Turns out Barnes is top 10 so far. And that’s after playing Seattle’s tough 4/3 defense and then playing Washington’s Knighton, a tough 3/4 NG.

IMO Saffold is just a temporary glitch. He had a lot of time off during pre-season. Out of sync-ness?

I agree with “getting better.” I expect at least 2 of the youngsters will settle down sooner rather than later.

Some things I am reading, from coach’s 22 review type guys, puts more of the Washington game on Foles than the OL. I suppose it’s no accident that a team from the NFC east would know how to attack a former Eagles qb.

Really? This is how you want to dismiss an apparently bad game by our most experienced, veteran guard who apparently was ready for Game 1?

I did think that Greg Robinson had a decent game. And really–Foles did seem to have a particularly bad game. Last week he was under pressure and made throws, seemed to think quickly under pressure(remember the basketball pass)and this week he sort of fell apart.
