    NOW it seems to me what they’re dealing with is obvious. Rookie qb. For example, teams are now loading up and blitzing like crazy and it takes out both the run game and puts pressure on the new qb.

    They have been doing that for a couple years now. We saw it all last year and we have seen it every game this year. It’s the book on the Rams….get everybody within 10 yds of the LOS because they are gonna do a 3 step drop and try and hit quick hitters…and I don’t have a problem with that at all…but the opposing defenses know they don’t have to stack the box to beat the line.

    Last year Gurley had 5 games where he exceeded 100 yds and in his last 8 games he only broke that barrier 1 time. So I’m not so sure they protected/blocked like gang busters last year.

    I don’t think that’s completely the case. If you look at the last games and the yards per carry, they are not uniformly down in the last games.

    Ignore the yellow bar here, it was just an accident and doesn’t mean anything here.
