    This is in reference to disguised accounts deliberately set up to promote divisive reactions. That was the actual intent of those things. An anti-democratic imperial autocrat wouldn’t know healthy debate if it sat on his chest and sang opera.

    The thing my post mentions is not the kind of thing you’re into where Putin funds real american dissidents critical of american policies (while he also stifles dissent in Russia).
