I think the noise in the dome was too much today and it struck me what a contradiction it is that, under NFL Equity Rules, if the coach to player headset is not working for one team, then the other team is required to turn off theirs, but if the QB can’t hear the coach because the crowd noise is so loud, no problem just home field advantage.

Not sure what the solution is, or if there should be one, but it was excessive today in my opinion and really made the game less about the Rams vs Saints. The Saints had too much advantage, not because of their own skill, but because the fans were so loud (including the use of ref whistles), that away team couldn’t call plays.
