    I was a-thinkin how different this draft is compared to some of the Fisher drafts. I mean, Fisher had a cluster of HIGH picks in his time.

    McV dont even have a first rounder.

    Was Goff worth this?

    I want us to draft a Center with our 2nd round pick. My wish is for Pat Elflein of Ohio State. That is a way to make a statement. Building the OLine with a young guy.

    Actually IMO McVay lucked out. He arrives and takes over a time with a young core, a young qb, and yes no 1st round pick BUT that’s in a draft that people are saying is the deepest they have ever seen at some key positions.

    And those positions are corner, safety, edge rusher, DE, TE and to an extent WR.

    Guys are saying you can get starters in the 4th round this year.

    So what did they sacrifice for Goff, really? Of all the drafts to have 4 picks in rounds 2-4, THIS is the one.

    goff has to be a top 10 qb for me to accept it.
