Man…it’s mid-November, and it’s our tradition to start looking ahead to the draft at this time of year. We shouldn’t let a winning record make us complacent. When a fan base falls behind other fan bases in scouting the draft…that’s when bad things happen.

So…Linebackers. Offensive line. Looking like a CB would be a good idea. A DT to replace Suh.

Looks like the Rams have a lot of holes to fill, as per usual.

I think it’s 50/50 we sign Fowler to a king term deal.

That would make linebacker less of an emergency.

I’ll add safety to your list.

I can’t say Joyner is earning a big extension, so…yeah.

Hey I get to play too.

They really only have 3 top picks, a 1 and 2 3s. Rams have long been good with 3rd rounders.

Since they need everything, this is just an unranked list.

CB. Maybe replacing Peters, maybe not. Talib is old.
FS. Though maybe they already have one. Acquiring DBs is a team strength. They have interesting guys already like Countess.
LB. They have Littleton, Kiser, and Fowler. No one knows about Obo. Another outside LB, starting caliber. One day this could be a strength.
DT: Yeah they need a future NT but I bet they sign Suh for a year or 2.

OL: If they believe in Allen, NB, and Blythe, then they need another OT and another OG. If AW and RS are back (which means signing RS) then they don’t have to be high picks.
TE: You know I bet they leave this alone. That means either H and E develop or they accept having role players at this spot.
QB: Hard to say if they keep Mannion.
WR: This might be a priority. If they are going to start 3 WRs every game then they need 4 or 5 or they are one injury away from starting 2.
RB: Okay so they don’t need *everything*.

I don’t know this draft and its strengths yet.

But pretending that the draft is equally strong everywhere, I would spend the first 3 picks on CB, LB, and WR.

Even if we do sign Fowler, I can still see us drafting another Edge Rusher. As they say, you can’t have enough of them, at the top of the board. Plus, if we do get two comp picks in the 3rd round, I would not mind getting a CB, and a Saftey, and a NT in the 4th. Does not have to be in that order by the way.

The defensive line is loaded. Maybe 10 players could go in the 1st round. This does not count 4-3 DEs or 3-4 OLBs.

They will need to draft a bunch of coaches, coz McVay is probly gonna lose half his coaching staff.

Former OC Lefleur is bombing in Tennessee.

The genius behind the offense is all McVay. You can take his assistants but if you think you’re going to get another MCVay you’re probably going to be disappointed.

Greedy Williams in my mind should be the first CB off the board. It could be interesting, do we go Edge Rusher or CB? You know the old saying, “You can’t have enough pass rushers”.

If Montez “I wonder if I can sing like Keith” Sweat Edge Rusher from Mississippi State is available at 32, may be too good to pass up. If not, Jamal Dean would be a nice option as well.

i’d draft him on that name alone.

He won’t be there for us. Greedy is expected to be a top 8 pick.
