    don’t think AO has regressed at all.

    He’s an interesting case study, not unlike Janoris Jenkins. They both made several “splash” plays in their rookie years that people focused on, and over looked their warts.

    Well remove the “splash” plays and you can see clearly what a player really is fundamentally.

    I agree 100% that the Rams will need to make some upgrades at lb, never a disagreement there.

    I have never been a JL fan, I did love his ability to stay on the field and the work that he put in, but he was always a limited player.

    The Rams have been marginal to awful against the run since he has been in the middle.

    IMO he has been a big reason for that.

    The Rams have been marginal to awful against the run since he has been in the middle.

    But, from the Indy game on last year they were first against the run. First in yards per game and first in yards per carry.
