i don’t know but this loss was unacceptable. i’ve only watched a little over a half but penalties, turnovers, missed passes, and allowing two big plays… the rams are shooting themselves in the foot so far. foles and robinson in particular are horrendous.
Yeah, the London game bothered me a lot.
The one-sidedness of it. And there was
a Seattle game at the end of the year
that annoyed me. Maybe that was Spags,
I forget. The Washington game this
year was bad, but that was on the road.
I dunno, but to me, this one, was
one of the worst regular season losses,
of the decade. And…its year Four.
Plus, now there are Injuries, so the
whole season may go down the drain.
Reminds me a bit of a couple of
KC Chief games where the Rams got
thumped AND humiliated AND injured.

Yes, the belief that they were moving onto a new plateau has been shattered. We saw the defense implode on big plays again. We saw a bad loss against a beatable team. At home. After a week that stressed getting better at the most glaring weakness, and which showed no improvement. And injuries.

It’s not even one of the worst losses of the decade. I’m not even sure it cracks top 10. (Or, bottom 10. You know what I mean.) I think your psychological system just did you a favor by erasing games like Keith Null throwing 5 INTs against the Titans in a 2009 game they lost 47-7. (Should I go on? There’s more.)
I would say it is the most disappointing game of the Fisher era.
definitely the worst this season now that i’ve seen the whole game.
2 big plays and being undisciplined really hurt them the first half. shoot. if they had JUST eliminated penalties and that freaking turnover i swear they could have gotten to the first possibly tied. and it’s a whole new ball game in the second half.
Yeah, because what this game showed us is that despite all the draft picks and the trades and the hype nothing has changed since Fisher took over. This is still the same mediocre team with an uncertain future now made even worse by a huge issue at QB.
Are they good? Are they turning the corner? Are they almost there? Are they really frauds? Have they just been lucky in some games? Are they just the .500 club they’ve been for awhile?
What ARE they?
They certainly don’t appear to be moving forward. They aren’t really moving back.
They just seem stuck in…this–whatever THIS is.
They can be great. They can be awful.
They can beat a great team. They can lose to bums.
What they are is inconsistent and that’s the only thing consistent about them. But even that won’t last because the defense can’t hold together forever–waiting for the companion offense to be ready. They will age–they will want more money…they will get hurt. It will change.
In the meantime the offense is how far away? And when they get there where will the defense be? Are we spinning plates?
I don’t know.
But I’d love for Super Hans from the great British T.V. show “Peep Show” to give them the following valuable pre-game advice(Tip: it also works for shrooms).

No. All losses to division opponents are in the running for first as most disappointing for me. This was a brutal loss, no doubt, but John Fox has a history of getting a lot out of his teams. Cutler has had his struggles during his career, but he’s also had some pretty respectable seasons and in recent weeks he’s been stringing together some solid moments. In the Fisher era last year’s Monday nighter vs the Niners is probably my most disappointing loss. This year the loss to Washington is my most disappointing.
