When Ebukam was on the post-game show they asked how to pronounce his name. He said it’s pronounced:

EH-boo-kahm — emphasis is on first syllable

To make sure, I listened to the YouTube video: Samson Ebukam: Road to the NFL

He pronounces his name in the first 15 seconds of the video.
