    NE is playing. That ruins it for me. The half time show will probably sux too.

    My department is being audited on Super Bowl Monday. I have to be there by 8:30AM for the opening session. I was going to stay home in Newtown and then leave very early in the morning Monday, but now the forecast is for PM rain followed by freezing conditions overnight.

    I may drive up to North Shore Sunday afternoon to avoid a messy 3 hr commute Monday morning.

    That means I may watch the Super Bowl in a bar full of Pats fans. If things get out of hand, I can always retreat to my hotel room…

    Nah, i wont watch it. But i havent watched one in a long time.

    I seem to be a Ram fan, as opposed to a football fan these days.

    Wouldnt surprise me if the Eagles won, btw.

    Yes, I’ll watch it. I haven’t missed one as long as I can remember. I’m going to a party. The guy who’s throwing it is a friend of mine and a Pats fan, so in deference to our friendship I’ll be silently rooting for the Eagles.

    Nah, the End Times have been upon us for some time.

    Beelzechick’s birth signaled the beginning of the End Times.

    The thing is, the Eagles are better than the Pats at every position except one – QB. So if Foles has a decent game, the Eagles could win, which would hasten in Judgement Day.

    But Beelzechick wielding his unholy power through his foul servant, Brady, will probably be enough to defeat Foles and keep the world in darkness.

    BTW: bummer that the Rams are not playing today, but look on the bright side, we’ll experience stress free football

    But if the Rams beat ATL, Minny and Philly do you think they’d be favored today?

    I say yes, by 3 1/2
