29-31 are the most important. No longer government of and for the people. Obama bailed out the states to maintain payrolls not build infrastructure. Bush II made some banks too big to fail bailing them out with public money so they could then drive out local banks becoming even bigger while those same bankers enjoyed record compensation. The people are speaking now through the campaigns of Trump and Sanders.
The upside to being a Rams fan is heartbreak.
