I didn’t say link it. I saw the link. I was talking about bringing the actual article here (copy and paste), and I wasn’t addressing that to just you.
The LA Times limits access. You only get to read so many articles a month. Whenever someone loses access, linking the article does no good–you can’t read it at the site if your access for the month has expired.
So I wasn’t asking for the link, I was asking for the article to be copied and pasted here. And anyone with LA Times access remaining in July can do that…ie. me asking that was not aimed at you alone, but at anybody who had access and felt like pasting the article here.
If someone had posted an article without a link, I would either directly ask for a link (“needs a link”) or as often as not, supply it myself by obtaining it and editing it into the original post.
