6 Sweet Potatoes
Salt and Paprika (not smoked or hot, just damn paprika!)
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 a grated apple (peeled and cored)
4 Tablespoons Chambord (plus more for the chef)
2 tablespoons butter
Cook the unpeeled sweet potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain, peel and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices lengthwise. Place is shallow, buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, paprika, brown sugar, grated apple and Chambord. Dot with butter and bake uncovered in 375 F oven for 20 minutes.
