Mahomes is dangerously close to that point where Aaron Rodgers was a few years ago where he thinks he can salvage anything into a big play outside the pocket so he’s turning down a lot of realistic opportunities within the structure of the offense
And he 100% can, but it’s not nearly as sustainable
He broke the pocket 13 times yesterday and went 1-6 for 23 yards with an INT, 2 sacks, and 5 carries for 1 first down
