    Gregg Bell@gbellseattle
Russell Wilson’s far too calculated to have not talked to Pete Carroll, John Schneider about this. He says he has.

The “frustrated” QB isn’t going rogue. He isn’t getting–or wanting to get–traded. He wants better #Seahawks pass pro

    Tony Softli@SoftliSEA
I believe he spoke with them about what the Offensive future should look like from the QB POV, but going national media blast on teammates and organization was not part of that conversation. Totally out of character! Possible trouble right here in the emerald city.

Watt, at one time, was considered the best D-lineman in the league. At least before AD. Anno Donaldio. Freakish athleticism and drive when young.

If he has any juice left — I haven’t really paid attention to his career — the Rams should definitely kick the tires. But I would be against a signing if it meant losing Johnson.

    Thoughts on Watt?

I dont always agree with Lavar Arrington,
but i always enjoy listening to his smooth, articulate perspective.

About half-way thru this vid, he is asked about JJ Watt,
but he talks about Aaron Donald:

i like the idea of signing him.

i’m not sure about whether the rams could afford him or if he would even want to come here.

that was a very good listen.

made me think. the one thing that could appeal to jj watt. and if i was the rams’ front office this is how i would sell it if they really want to sign him. is the opportunity to play alongside aaron donald. two guys. two peers. very few players have ascended to the heights that these two players have reached. and the opportunity to not only play with one another. but to practice with one another day in and day out. to learn from each other. to push each other. well. that would be very special…

or you can go play with your brother in pittsburgh.

I would think the pull to play with his brother, who is not a bad player, would be stronger. If he’s going to give a discount….

The Houston Texans have traded QB Deshaun Watson to the Chicago Bears

No, Jack, that was in an alternative universe.

The one where Deshaun Watson wanted a trade because he was sick of Houston getting multiple superbowl wins.

It was one of those posts I saw on Twitter, and thought I would be the first to beat everyone to it. So I got suckered. I feel ashamed.

You’re the only person here who ever posted a tweet from an alternative universe. So, be proud.
