    Earlier this week, Bill Cowher and I talked to you about the 3-4 defense. Now, watch as we walk through the 4-3 defense and the difference between the two schemes, and even see how they are just a few adjustments away from being very similar.

    Teams like Seattle, Atlanta, and Miami all play a 4-3 base scheme, though every team is multiple in nature these days. Take a look during the games this weekend and see if you recognize any of these concepts.
