Nuthin wrong with the gesture/symbolism but no capitalist-high-court is ever going to allow a suit like that to get anywhere. It would open the door to a gazillion similar suits and it would dismantle what capitalism has built.

At some point in the process, they will decide its too old to pursue. But first they will let the lawyers make some money.
