I am up early cooking.
Big day, big meal.
Everyone enjoy the day and here’s pie.
(I already took some).
I do these a bit differently. I bake the potato until it is almost done, then I slice it. Then shallow fry it for 2-3 minutes on each side. It should turn into a french fry but shaped like a disc. This I call a menu for Christmas. 😉
I was taking a trip on Amtrak. I didn’t like what was on the dinner menu. I asked the guy if I could have sloppy joes and fries off the kids menu. Then everybody else wanted that too. lol
