    well damn. this was one of my biggest concerns before the draft. the rams’ ability to find a left tackle to replace big whit.

    i mean could they really have found him in the third round? wow. i like what i’ve seen so far. i like his versatility. his measurables. and it sounds like he’s learning as much as he can from whit while he can. this would be huge.

    McVay said #LARams TE Gerald Everett is working his way back and is on track to play Week 1. I talked to Everett post practice and will have that write up this evening.

    HC Sean McVay says it’s unlikely OLB Obo Okoronkwo (foot) will come off PUP prior to the start of the regular season, which would mean he’ll miss the first six games of 2018. McVay noted Okoronkwo has been working hard to come back, but the issue is out of his control.

    Austin Blythe remains on track to start at right guard for the Rams’ first two games, with Jamon Brown suspended. McVay said Blythe won’t play Thursday, and will sit with the starters.

    #Rams coach Sean McVay said he spoke with Aaron Donald last week to check in on him. Said it was a good dialogue and “hopefully we’ll see him sooner than later”
