Les Snead is a top 3 GM in this league IMO. What he’s doing is brilliant, not a single one of these acquisitions have technically been a FA signing. So not only have they arguably improved their team the most so far this off season but they’re also projected to get two 3rd round and one 7th round compensatory picks next year.

Hate to give the Rams any credit but I am concerned. They were already more talented across the board then we are and while HC/OC might be a wash or up for debate as for who is better their Defensive Coordinator is better than ours. Now they have seriously upgraded their defense and seem to not be done. Challenging the Rams for the division was going to be tough already but it has gotten much tougher.

Let’s be honest, LA’s window is also just opening. That is a problem. Who knows what’s going to happen when it comes time to renew Jimmy G, but it isn’t looking promising right now when compared to LA.

Bring on the Rams – looking forward to our Niners competing with them going forward. I know they have some advantages at certain positions over the Niners at this point in time; however, at the most important position, I’d take Jimmy G. any day over Goff

Donald is enuff of a handful already…..The Rams are makin moves that make sense as opposed to standing pat. To downplay those moves is one being blind or overstating ours imo.

I’m not afraid of Suh. We whooped the Jaguars and their D is 10x what the Rams D will be.

They still have much more talent than the seahawks, cardinals and niners. Its not really even debatable on paper.

Honestly, the thing I’m most concerned about is Suh being dirty and knocking Jimmy G out the whole season for reason other than to be a douche. I’m fine with the moves the Rams are making, otherwise. They’re trying to win it all in 2018/2019 and we’re still kind of rebuilding.

We can downplay their offseason all we want but they downright clowned on the Niners in FA. They did have a head start as it seems they’ve been rebuilding for some time, but they will be taking the division for the next 2 years guaranteed.

To think they made their moves cuz they are in some way scurred of us is laughable and miopic

Suh and Donald going up against our OL doesn’t look good. It would take four guys to stop their two and we still have to find a way to deal with Brockers and whichever blitzer Wade decides to send. So essentially, Bradford’s toast if we play the Rams early. And… I’m one of the homers!

Does anyone know how much cap space the Rams had going into the offseason? I know they cleared some with trades, but its just strange that they are somehow in the conversation for every single FA or trade.

The Rams are just smart. They recognize underperformers and get rid of them while bringing in better talent. The Cardinals do the opposite. We get rid of talented productive players (Veldheer) and retain bad ones (Iupati). The Rams are just a better run organization. They spend their money wisely.
Suh is a destructive force. And on a good team like the Rams, he can take that defense over the top.

We have the real Rams QB. We’ll have the last laugh……
