We kept the offense, except for Watkins. We kept all of our kicking game and Cooper on Special Teams. We loaded up on CBs. We need DL and LBers.

younger players on offense should get better. unfortunately, whit and sully are getting old.

waiting to see who they add at nose tackle and edge rusher.

The NFC is TOUGH.

IF they stay healthy and IF they get a few good bounces and IF they get out of the NFC then yes–I think they can beat anyone in the AFC.

The Philadelphia Eagles are still the defending Super Bowl champions. Plus, they got better. And we need to figure out how to beat them, the Falcons, and the Vikings before we can think about going to the Super Bowl.

how do we feel about goff? does he regress?

if he regresses, i don’t think anything else matters. and it’s a possibility. even if he is the real deal. lots of qbs regress early in their careers.

but if he bucks the trend. then losing watkins won’t hurt so much. if he continues to learn the offense and knows it inside and out. the offense could be more efficient than last year. especially if guys like kupp and everett continue to improve.

i’m a little worried to be honest. i don’t expect a superstar. i’d be happy with a young efficient tom brady. before tom brady became tom brady. he wasn’t spectacular. but he knew where to go with the ball. more importantly he did it when it counted.

is that too much to ask?
