    Not sure what he is going with this. His own party is even saying to back off, when it comes to tariffs when it comes to our neighbors, Canada and Mexico. But he seems to be going insane. Tariffs are bad economics when it comes to free trade, and it can hurt local business. Sugarcane per say, we get from South America, and putting tariffs on that, will put a tax, on business, that relies on that sugar. Also, what happens, countries will put tariffs on American products, that are equal or more to what the are tarrifed.
