Washington’s offense is pretty ineffectual so far. Kirk Cousins looks really shaky. He was strip-sacked on one occasion and should have thrown a pick six that was dropped. I wonder if they miss McVay?

Carson Wentz, on the other hand, looks great. Great escapability and pocket presence. He extends plays. I hope the Rams don’t live to regret choosing Goff over him.

Heh…immediately after singing the praises of Carson Wentz, he throws a horrible pick-six that gets Washington back in the game. Apparently he has poor mechanics that jump up and bite him from time to time.

    Yay Goff.

I’m watching that game too, on and off, while doing chores. I have to say that Wentz has not completely sold me. He has some klunkers in there (like the overthrown lateral that led to a fumble recovery by Washington).

Washington’s receivers are just not the same as last year, that much is just abundantly obvious.

And I personally don’t get into Wentz/Goff comparisons. I hope they both do well. If either one doesn’t end up doing well, at the time they BOTH looked like good picks and sometimes guys just don’t work out.

Well, I wish I could merrily coast through life like you do but I feel it’s my duty to ask the tough questions.

    That sounds cool.

Well i personally feel strongly that I’m tired of all the Wentz vs Hekker comparisons. Seems to me we oughta be able to watch a game without linking the two.

I mean it reminds me of the Warner vs Massey
    wars of yester-year.
