    Terrifying documentary about the Titan II accident in 1980 that could have wiped out Arkansas and sent radioactive clouds up the east coast. It’s almost like “Dr. Strangelove” in a near dark comical sense(a guy dropping a socket that pierces a fuel tank,, the denial of the air force that anything is wrong–an explosion–a scavenger hunt for a nuclear warhead.

    We have had many close calls with these things and the documentary touches on some of them. It makes you wonder if the Russians will nuke us or if we’ll accidentally do it to ourselves.
