Not sure why they posted this as Rams highlights, no Quick, Givens,Watt or Bayer. One play from Britt and the rest was JM highlights. On about
the same level of idiocy as the Browns announcers, inexcusable after last preseason’s debacle

I’d like to see the hightlights focus on the starters as well. But, from what little I’ve seen I am impressed with Michael Sam and think the Rams got a steal in the seventh. Seems to me that MS would have been a decent pick in the fourth round. I didn’t think he has much of a shot in June but now I think he should make the team along with Westbrook. If he doesn’t it will be a numbers thing where they want additional depth to work inside and perhaps like Westbrook more. But, if he does make the team and unless injuries sideline Hayes, Sims, or even Westbrook I doubt M Sam will see the field much or even the active list.

With an eye towards this season, I think they’ll do everthing they can to keep Sam and Westbrook as depth and for the future. So, the practice squad will be a last resort. My thought is how much longer will Sims and Hayes and even Chris Long be around? Talented UDFA and 7th rounders are great values and make it easier to afford to keep and pay their stars such as Quinn and Ogletree.

The preseason will be over shortly – then the real bullets will fly. Oh yeah!
