I guess this is the LA radio station
where we can listen to ram stuff.
(i hate the fact it has Jim Rome in the heading.
Gawd, is that piece-of-shit still on the air)

I can’t stand Jim Rome–at all. I don’t get his popularity. He’s like a “Bros” host. He’s annoying. I used to get ESPN radio locally but then they switched to CBS radio and they broadcast Rome. A complete waste of airspace. And he THINKS he’s the best there is. I don’t understand why people listen to him–what they hear that they like.

Speaking of CBS radio and the waste that it is–another guy I throw in there with Rome is Scott Farrell. He may be harder to listen to than Rome.

There is KABC 790. They used to be the Dodgers flagship a long time ago, and now they are the Kings flagship. They undoubtedly will have sports talk in their lineup.

Roman Gabriel is the son of a Filipino immigrant and the first Asian-American to start as an NFL quarterback. He played for the Los Angeles Rams from 1962-1972 and the Philadelphia Eagles from 1973-1977. He was the second overall pick in the 1962 NFL Draft and is widely regarded to have been one of the best quarterbacks of his era. The legendary Roman Gabriel joined Chris Myers and Wes Clements to talk about the return of the Rams and his own career post-football. Roman sang the old Rams World Champions song on the air as he was ecstatic about the team’s return to Los Angeles.
