    Ogden, Jones, Pace were 1A, 1B, 1C. At their prime those three were on their own level.

    As much respect as I have for Willie Roaf, I thought he was a cut below. Elite defensive ends got the better of him. Tony Boselli could’ve been 1D if not for injuries.

    Pace was certainly the best college OL I’ve ever seen, the best prospect. There was one game against Illinois, he must’ve pancaked Simeon Rice ten times. It was ridiculous.

    If you held my feet to the fire, I had to pick just one, I’d say Ogden played most consistently at the highest level, then Jones, then Pace. But Pace might’ve been the best athlete, the best equipped to play LT in Mad Mike’s offense.

    I always thought Pace could have been even better than he was. I don’t think he always gave everything he had. I don’t have any complaints though. He was certainly one of the best.
