    Recently, former Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott took a trip to Los Angeles, eventually making his way to Rams training camp in an attempt to evaluate how the franchise conducts business….McDermott, who became a head coach in 2017, the same year as Sean McVay, spoke to Jim Rome about his trip….

    “I thought for a second there the visit was going so well, I’m like, ‘If he asks me to stay, I think I’ll consider it, but only if I get to stay at his house because I’m done living in the dorms at this point,'” McDermott joked. “I’ve lived that dorm life, and I’m good there, but no, it was a great visit, and when you get a chance to see someone who is really good at what they do, you can just soak it in. I was a sponge, soaking it in.

    “At one point, I even went over to the other side of the field just to kind of be off on my own somewhat and just watch and take it all in. You know, he’s such a good leader, does such a great job connecting with his players, his staff, and so authentic in his nature.”
