Terrence Ferguson was doing that in preseason against Cleveland. Dude gets down field so fast deep like a receiver. And he’s a tight end. Fastest tight end at the combine time wise in the 40.

His athleticism gonna help us so much down the stretch. Goal line, down field. With Nacua and Williams and Adam. Pick how to defend us.

Matthew Stafford faced a season-high 55.9% blitz rate against the Jaguars and threw all five of his touchdowns against the blitz.

Rams knew the Jags defense was starving to rack up more takeaways (they may still be leading the league). They play fast but were undisciplined from the jump. Blitzing a veteran QB who’s gameplan features a ton of TE-heavy personnel groupings and play action boots was a recipe for disaster. Just gave Stafford a better feel/view of the field/control at the LOS + allowed him to execute on explosives (when they presented themselves).

Everything the Rams did in terms of preparation, gameplan, travel was all PERFECTLY executed.

NFC West is not very good at running.

Rams are 22nd in rushing so far. (103 yards per game.)

    Arizona is 18th.
    Seattle is 20th.
    San Fran is 25th.
