znModeratorJourdan Rodrigue@JourdanRodrigueSean McVay indicates today that Rams will again re-evaluate personnel on iOL; particularly left side. If so, that would mean a ninth different starting alignment in nine games.November 8, 2022 at 5:37 pm #141576
znModeratorJ.B. Long@JB_Long[McVay] had good things to say about Brewer’s debut. Might have earned another opportunity this Sunday. If Shelton/Brewer prove to be the guards << help me with the air math, here >> … 9 combos in 9 games? Worst game of musical chairs, ever. But hopefully trending positive..Jourdan Rodrigue@JourdanRodrigue9 in 9; two LTs, two LGs (would be 3 pending change this week), 3 centers, 5 RGs (six if you count Bruss, who would’ve filled in), 1 RTNovember 12, 2022 at 12:08 am #141610

znModeratorJourdan Rodrigue@JourdanRodrigueThe Rams offensive line continues to be slammed by injury. Chandler Brewer played through a Grade 3 MCL suffered in-game. He’s having surgery, 4-6 weeks. ‘
The worst year before this was 2007. I would say that at this point 2022 is worse than 2007 was.

Rams rule out 2 starting offensive linemen for Saints game. L.A. might start three players on the OL who weren’t on an NFL team at the beginning of the season, with Matthew Stafford expected to return at QBGreg Beacham@gregbeacham
The Rams currently have 6 offensive linemen on their roster who can play Sunday. 3 of those 6 weren’t on the team in Week 1. The Rams have 7 offensive linemen who are on IR or too injured to play Sunday.November 18, 2022 at 10:36 pm #141722

canadaramParticipantI have no idea if it will work out, but I’m glad that the Rams signed Thomas. Clearly there is a lot of work to be done in order to fix the Rams offensive line for next season. Some of that fixing might come with guys getting healthy, but I have to think that there is a real possibility that both Edwards and Allen are done. In addition, Evans is terrible, I don’t hate Shelton but he’s just ok as a RG, Noteboom looked shaky before he was injured, Jackson has blood clots is that going to be a long term problem? Who knows what Logan Bruss brings to the table and Havenstein isn’t getting any younger. Therefore, starting the process of finding new blood for the line is obviously crucial for this off-season, but I am glad they’re starting now.
