Rams HC Sean McVay said C Brian Allen, DB Cobie Durant, CB David Long and OL David Edwards are OUT for Monday night’s game against 49ers. McVay said Edwards self-reported feeling “foggy” and entered concussion protocol this morning.

McVay also said S Jordan Fuller is expected to be ready to go Monday night and will be a full participant today. DB Derion Kendrick cleared concussion protocol and can play Monday.

Need some realistic expectations tonight. Not that I’m “expecting the Rams to lose”, but shorthanded on the OL and in the secondary again will make things tough. McVay and Morris will have their hands full.

The Rams OL vs 49ers DL could end up being a complete mismatch. Don’t love Bobby Evans at LG, but that’s where we’re at. McVay going to need to use a lot of quick game, TE screens, and play action to slow down the pass rush. Can’t be a repeat of Buffalo.

So Rams OL will be LT Joe Noteboom, LG Bobby Evans, C Coleman Shelton, RG Alaric Jackson and RT Rob Havenstein.
