    So, anyone suspect the Rams will party all off-season, and come into

    next season all overconfident, lazy and satisfied?

     

    I’m not talking about failing to repeat.  I mean, nobody repeats in the NFL.   So much luck is involved, and injuries are such a wild-card, etc.

    I’m just talking about have a deep-run in the playoffs.   Anybody think they really struggle next year?

    I dunno. I do think it would be helpful if people kept up the narrative that the Rams didn’t “earn” this Super Bowl because the bought it, and the NFL rigged it, and the refs gave it to them, and so on.

    I could see a hangover having an effect early on but I think they would eventually get over it.  It won’t sink the season.

    I have a lot of faith in the ability of McVay, Donald, Ramsey, and Miller (fingers crossed) to keep this team from remaining satisfied even if they entered the season that way.

    I wouldn’t be surprised if the Rams barely made the playoffs in a tough NFC West but then kicked it up a gear and got to the NFC championship game.

    I agree that it depends on luck and injuries.

    They are contenders though.

    Especially if they trade for Lawrence Taylor.

    At this point, I’m kinda worried about the fans coming in all lazy, confident, and satisfied.

    Gotta be honest, it’s one thing for y’all to ease up on the quality posting for a couple of weeks after the Super Bowl, but I feel like you guys need to pick up your game.

    When I check in with this board, I expect there to be some fresh posts with quality content, and y’all still acting like there ain’t another Lombardi to run down from behind.

    Gotta get hungry, my dudes.
