Yeah, the Seahawks look done. I dunno how they beat SF.

On the Rams, I think Cowherd is right about Stafford. Top of the Tier Two guys. That’s what it looks like to me so far. As for the boring offense…that’s the price of Stafford. That was the red flag (to me) about him in the trade. He doesn’t like play action, and he doesn’t like pre-snap motion. McVay has accommodated that.

I’ve read where MS doesn’t like motion. I’m not sure I’ve read where he doesn’t like play action. I thought he did? I seem to recall he was considered good at it.

I dunno. Pete Carroll built one of the best defenses in NFL history.
That Legion of Boom was maybe the best ‘new NFL rules’ defense
Ive seen.

I just cant ‘cancel’ PC.

The Seahawks were right there with the Rams at the end. If Lockett
doesnt trip…

As far as McV and his new Stafford-approach — I’m fine with it. I assume
they are both still adjusting and working out timing, and tinkering.
The loss of Akers was big. Staffords finger injury is significant.
Stafford is still working on the timing with his WRs.

Barring injury — I assume the offense will be on an upward trajectory
all year.

Just gotta hope the Defensive stars make just enuff big plays
to win the big games. Cause overall, the defense is not gonna be sound
