    Crazy stat of the day…

If you took Peyton Manning’s historic 2013 season where he passed for 342 yards per game, which is the all-time single season record, that would STILL be way behind the pace of the **average** quarterback facing the 2020 @Seahawks (362 yards per game).

Seahawks will have limited experience at cornerback against Rams receivers; Linden Stephens (20 snaps), DJ Reed (debuted 2 weeks ago), Ryan Neal (been playing safety) could be starting for the NFL’s worst pass defense on Sunday

from: 2020 NFL Midseason Report: Surveying Team Execs
    https://www.si.com/nfl/2020/11/12/nfl-midseason-report-patrick-mahomes-michael-jordan-covid19

    Defensive Player of the Year
Winner: Rams DT Aaron Donald (10 votes).

Also receiving votes: Steelers OLB T.J. Watt (8), Browns DE Myles Garrett (7), Buccaneers LB Devin White (3), Cardinals S Budda Baker (2), 49ers MLB Fred Warner (1).

My take: Score another one for the best player—Donald’s been dominant, and really made it easier for new Rams coordinator Brandon Staley to implement a new scheme. But Watt and Garrett are very much in play for the award with eight weeks to go.

from Midseason NFL Power Rankings Poll: https://www.si.com/nfl/2020/11/10/midseason-power-rankings-poll-chiefs-steelers-ravens

    11. Los Angeles Rams (5–3)
    Points in poll: 131
    Highest-place vote: 7 (1)
    Lowest-place vote: 13 (2)
    Last week: Bye
    Next week: vs. Seattle

The Rams swept the NFC East within the first five weeks of the season, but now they’ll need to beat their NFC West counterparts. They ought to be good enough, but the second-half schedule is loaded with tougher games.

Lewis, Floyd, Kupp, Henderson were on the injury report but expected to play.

    Lindsey Thiry@LindseyThiry
[as expected] The Rams moved S Jordan Fuller and OL Joe Noteboom from IR to the active roster, the team announced.

Seahawks downgraded running backs Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde to out for Sunday’s game vs. Rams.

    DOWNTOWN RAMS [DTR]@DowntownRams
Carson and Hyde are out. It will be DeeJay Dallas, Travis Homer and Alex Collins leading the charge at RB this Sunday for the #Seahawks

Seahawks terrible pass defense down two starting corners.

Seahawks offense down top two RB’s and their starting center.

Rams should get some pressure up the middle, making it vital to keep contain and not allow Russ to kill them on broken plays.

    Play sound, and win.

Entering Week 10, the @RamsNFL have only given up 3.3 points (on average) on defense after halftime adjustments this season – the lowest in the league. This currently sits above the 2000 Baltimore Ravens defense, who held opposing offenses to 4.5 points in the 2nd half (on avg.).
