The way I do this–I take the defensive averages from the last 3 games, and extrapolate those numbers as if the Rams had played 10 games with those stats, and determine the ranking accordingly. I then compare THOSE rankings to the actual rankings for the season, based on all 10 games.

The last 3 games are of course SF, Arz, and Denver.

    3 GAME RANK: 2.56, 1st
    Opponent yards per pass
    10 GAME RANK: 28th

Interesting breakdown….seems like teams arent able to run so they pass pass pass. Ergo….the revival of sack city.

    Think about this D,
once Barron gets up to speed
    and C.Long hits his stride.

    Seattle could be in trouble
    that last game. I hope
    its not a meaningless game
for them. Nothing would make a
    bigger statement for the Rams
than grinding out a win in Seattle.

If they can eliminate mistakes in the defensive secondary, this defense can be dominant, simple as that.

    Just a reminder.

    ALL THE GAMES COUNT!

    Carry on.

By virtue of the absurd ...

    Not really.

    Not if you use algebra.
