Seemed like the Rams had more
big hits in the Denver game than i can remember
in many years. Especially in the secondary.

Did the Rams ‘identity’ finally emerge in that game?
Or is Denver just a finesse team that gets
    outhit regularly?

Anyway, the hitting reminded me of the 70’s.
It was fearful. Wow. TJ and McC were rockets.

I mean, think about it– they called a penalty
on a legal play, just because it looked so
hard to the ref that he figured it just HAD
    to be a penalty, somehow.

Heck at one point i think i even saw
J.Cook being physical out there, on offense.

Oh, and i liked what the rams big WR
    had to say:
    ———————————-
…The other main reason for wanting to return, Britt said, is the team chemistry in the meeting room, the locker room, and on the field.

“I’ve been in the NFL for going on six years, and this is the first time I’ve been in a locker room like this, where everybody’s all committed — all the guys,” he said. “I’m telling you, I’ve never been in a locker room like this — ever — in my career.”

Britt says players on both sides of the ball come to work every day trying to get better, and push each other to do so. He said there is no selfishness of “somebody waiting for somebody to mess up to get ahead.”

This D reminds me of the 2009 Saints D. It’s got William’s fingerprints all over it.

I hope the hitting continues. And the players seem to finally understand their responsibilities as the play unfolds. I only saw one major breakdown on Sunday. A few small ones, but they’re human, that’s gonna happen.

The safeties are stepping up, and flying around the field.

    Go get’em.

    Interesting. Elaborate? Explain?
