    I have opinions on this and will chip in later. Right now I want to see what The Gang is thinking.

    what do you mean by contend? playoffs? i think they could make playoffs next year. if you mean a superbowl, i think a couple years at least.

    Healthy Oline, draft some talent for the offensive and defensive lines.

    Well they almost beat SF this year.

    They are an OLine away from ‘contending’. Its only one Unit, but man, its a big fat critical unit.

    To actually win a Ring, I’m not sure the combo of Gurley/Henderson is enuff.

    So, i dunno. Maybe.

    I don’t know.

    I think we would have been a lot closer to contending if we kept Son of Bum, since he was shaping this D and may have had his best iteration in 2020.

    Hopefully the new guy can mold this D as good or better than Wade would have.

    Contend for the playoffs, we are for awhile. The Super Bowl. It might be a three years, barring we don’t get any serious health injuries to players, or have draft issues. We need to find those diamonds, especially in when going into the UDFA area.

    Healthy Oline with, perhaps, one more addition to it. I think that is all they really need.

    the current Rams roster is highly competitive and worthy of a championship run.

    1 play in each of the 49er games were huge in the season’s outcome…

    The game in SF……The pick 6 that Goff threw right before half time-where Fred Warner returned it for a TD.

    The game in LA……The potential pick 6 that Garrapolo threw right before half-time that Cory Littleton dropped….

    The Rams sacked Jimmy G 6 times….. in SF.

    This was a very good Rams team and better than most of the NFC teams in the playoffs.
