Run-game coordinator Aaron Kromer says the Rams offensive line will miss the experience brought by John Sullivan and Rodger Saffold, but it helps that their potential replacements already have a year in the team’s system.
Kromer says OT Andrew Whitworth “is at the prime of his career, in my opinion.” Says it’s because his body and mind are in such great condition.

Rams second-year NT Sebastian Joseph-Day has “really stepped up” during OTA’s, per Wade Phillips. Sounds like he’ll definitely be in the mix w/ rookie Greg Gaines at nose.
Wade Phillips said that 2nd-year LB Micah Kiser has impressed during offseason workouts. Phillips said he’s “going in the same direction” as Cory Littleton, who went from special teams to the starting defense.
Phillips did say that, at this point in his career, Kiser is likely to be a two-down linebacker only, with Littleton as the only true, 3-down ILB
