    effectively allows the lower Apellate Court’s opinion to stand-which held the States voting law unconstitutionally targeted and restricted the voting by African Americans. The trial court had held it was perfectly constitutional to require photo identification of voters. That was reversed on appeal and the highest court refused to hear the matter.

    Life is not hopeless. Even with a Trump appointed justice.
