We’re supposed to get hit with up to 2 feet right now.

It was like Spring just a week or two ago and now Mother Nature just said; PSYCH!

    I hate snow.

If anyone wants it they can come and get as much as they want.

That’s the problem with this city–they plow it(shove it aside) and it becomes icy immovable lumps. They do not REMOVE it.

    I need a quick melt.

Spring snow melts quick. If it really upsets you so much, Florida is always an option. Just saying.

Trust me, if my name was Donald Trump I’d be flying to Mar-A- Lago for a few weeks.

Well it has started here in CT (ahead of schedule) and the cat is not happy.

I read somewhere that cats are sensitive to barometric pressure. That’s why there were so many ship’s cats; they get agitated when low pressure approaches.

Anyway, mine got pretty damned agitated and woke me up to tell me about it a half hour ago.

The Governor just issued a travel ban (for everybody, not just Muslims) starting at 5 AM and ending TBD.

Going to fill the bath tub with water just in case we lose ‘lectricity…

The sucky thing about heavy late winter snowstorms is all the flooding that occurs in early spring when it starts to rain and you still have a lot of snow on the ground.

About 20 years ago in late March in central PA we got 24″ of snow over a single night. Then within a day or so we got heavy rains that caused all that snow to melt which led to the worst flash flooding I ever experienced. An avalanche of water came down out of the mountains and swept away homes and trailers in the ravine north of Williamsport where I worked. The aftermath resembled something out of a disaster film. There were stories of people clinging to trees in the icy water while desperately holding onto their children to keep them from being swept away. Several people died.

This is all a government cover up. I blame Trump. These republicans just won’t stop. Damn them. This would not happen if Obama was in office. 😁😁😁😁

i heard that the public school folks in the North East typically account for 5 snow days per year….

2 weeks into spring training and this storms enables the 1st school snow day of the year for the great North East…..

Two snow days here in CT; yesterday and today. They were actually our 4th and 5th snow days of the year, having one this past Friday too.

My back hurts. 52 and 3/4 years on this planet, think I’m going to finally buy a snow blower this off season, especially since my son will be going off to college.

Also had to buy a new mailbox. The old one is gone without a trace, but the post was still standing. I’m sure it will turn up once the snow melts. I hope there is nothing in it but bills…

I’d say we got about 16 – 18 inches of snow in Bennington VT.

Finally enough snow to make breaking out the snowshoes worthwhile.
